By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, phone) is accurate and complete. We accept Cash on Delivery within Pakistan; additional payment methods, if offered, will be indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

4. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are handled per our Refund & Return Policy, including the mandatory unboxing video requirement for damaged-item claims.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our kits are designed for children ages 3–12 under reasonable adult supervision, especially for younger children. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising use in line with any age guidance or instructions included in the kit.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Paint & Play is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use. Our liability in any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.
